CRS3500 MKIV Max 3500W for FAI F3A competion

·  All new FAI F3A competition-level contra rotating system.
·  Nearly zero propeller reverse torque makes the straightness of the model plane better.
·  The thrust is about 20% higher than the uniaxial systems  (compared with DA4). And with lower power consumption.
·  The incredible uniform speed effect can be achieved in the descent/dive route.
·  CNC made pulley and inclined gears, quiet operation.
·  CNC made lightweight gearbox bracket.
·  The main shaft and the motor shaft adopt hollow shaft design.
·  Carefully deployed gear / belt ratio eliminates the belt tight wheel mechanism.
·  Maintenance-free design without adding lubricating oil.
·  Belt replacement cycle is 4,000 minutes (about 500 flights).
·  Supports the common after-firewall installation of F3A,  with optional Mount Kit. Also supports the before-firewall installation for stunt model aircrafts.
·  We needed a system with more torque and stability to cope with larger propellers, strong wind environments and hot summer days.
·  The new generation CRS MKIV system, in addition to the obvious color changes, has almost all the components redesigned: new main shafts, new gear & pulley, new motors, even the screws & support rods are new.
·  Upgrade the main shaft bearing, rated dynamic load Cr(N) increased by 105% (2100N).
·  Added front propeller mount limit pin (original design), now both front and rear propellers are equipped with limiting functions. 
·  Added CNC motor shaft bracket with larger bearing.
·  The new belt and gear system improves dynamic load stability and is lighter than the previous generation.
·  Newly designed lightweight propeller base, and the installation distance is increased by 2mm.
·  The new motor has upgraded the magnet and magnetic circuit, and the torque is increased by about 10% (without increasing the current).
·  Equipped with a new active cooling motor back cover.
·  The motor power is increased by 500W, and the weight of the whole machine is increased by only 40g.
·  Provides a wider range of torque variation, more uniform acceleration and deceleration characteristics.
·  The accessories include CRS Spinner Kit (D82mm, white) & Mount Kit.
